Latest News: Lawyers Andrew Stein and Peter Waldmann lead the The Lifeless Inc. Class Action

On or about October 28, 2019, LifeLabs became aware that they were the subject of a serious data breach. There is information relating to approximately 15 million customers on the systems that were potentially accessed in this breach. Andrew Stein and Peter Waldmann are counsel in a proposed class action on behalf of all Canadians who used the services of LifeLabs Inc.
The class action against LifeLabs has settled.  The settlement approval hearing will take place virtually on October 25, 2023 in Toronto.  The Settlement Agreement, the Reasons of Justice Perell, Short Form Notice and Long Form Notice can be found at the following links:
